This can be a safe and convenient manner for businesses to receive payments from their customers. Payments are sent to a PO Box where the Bank collects the mail on a daily basis and deposits the checks directly into the business’ account. This service increases cashflow by reducing float, eliminates staff time devoted to making bank deposits, and increases security. Invoices and other information sent with the payment can be scanned and emailed to the business.
