What are eStatements? eStatements are an electronic delivery of your monthly or quarterly statements, which will take the place of your mailed paper statement.

How much does the eStatement service cost? There is no charge for the eStatement service.

How do I sign up for eStatements? To sign up for eStatements, simply login to your online account hover over "Additional Services" click on "Products and Services" then eStatements. Complete the required information, accept the disclosure then click submit. You will be able to access your online statement immediately.

How do I receive (access) my eStatement? To access your eStatement, you log onto Fidelity Online, hover over "Additional Services", click on "Products and Services" then eStatements.

Why did I have to give my email address to sign up? The email address is needed to send an email notification that your statement is available on Fidelity Online.

Will my eStatement be on Fidelity Online if for some reason I don't receive my email notification? Yes, your eStatement and email notification is independent of one another. If you do not receive your email notification, your eStatement will still be on Fidelity Online.

What do I need to view my eStatement on-line? You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view your eStatement.

What if I don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader? Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software that you can download. Click here to download.

How do I print my eStatement? By using the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, press the printer icon. You can either print the entire statement or just a particular page.

How do I save my eStatement? Again using the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, press on the diskette icon. You will then be asked where on your computer you would like to save it.

Can I receive a paper statement as well as an electronic statement? No, you can either receive a paper statement or an electronic statement. You can not receive both. However, you may request a copy of your bank statement without any additional charge. Please call the bank at (785) 295-2100, visit our website www.fidelitytopeka.com, visit any of the bank locations or mail your request to Fidelity State Bank and Trust Company, P.O. Box 1737, Topeka, KS 66601-1737.

Why can't I receive the statement(s) of my joint account? According to the law, we must deliver the statement to the primary account holder.

Is my eStatement secure and safe? Yes, your statement is stored behind firewalls and is transmitted to your Internet browser using 128-bit encryption.

When will my eStatement be available? Your eStatement will be available during the first week of the statement cycle.

Can I get my eStatement emailed to me instead? No, your eStatement can not be emailed to you. Email is not a secure way to send your statement.

How long will my eStatement be available? After you sign up, your eStatement will be available every month or quarter for up to one year. If you need a copy of a statement mailed to you for a specific period, please contact us for further assistance at (785) 295-2100, or by email at fidelity@fidelitytopeka.com.

What if I want to cancel my eStatement? You can switch back to the paper version of your statement at any time. To cancel eStatements, please call (785) 295-2100. 

Can I have my eStatement email notification sent to more than one email address? No, we can only send your eStatement notification to one email address.

How do I notify the bank of my new email address? You can contact us at (785) 295-2100 or click on the My Profile link within your online account and selecting User Options. Enter the new email address in both boxes and click Change Email Address to accept the change.

Can my eStatement information be exported to other programs? No, Fidelity eStatements can not be saved as a text file and imported into Microsoft Word or any other text program. Fidelity eStatements can only be saved as PDF files.
