What are eStatements? eStatements are an electronic delivery of your monthly or quarterly statements, which will take the place of your mailed paper statement.

How much does the eStatement service cost? There is no charge for the eStatement service.

How do I sign up for eStatements? To sign up for eStatements, follow the instructions available here.

How do I access my eStatement? To access your eStatement, you log onto Fidelity Online, hover over "Additional Services", and click on "Products and Services" then eStatements.

Why did I have to give my email address to sign up? The email address is needed to send an email notification that your statement is available.

Will my eStatement be on my Fidelity Online account if for some reason I don't receive my email notification? Yes, your eStatement and email notification are independent of one another. If you do not receive your email notification, your eStatement will still be available to view.

What do I need to view my eStatement on-line? You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view your eStatement.

What if I don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader? Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software that you can download. Click here to download.

Should I save my eStatements? Yes. Even though the last 13 months of eStatements are available to view online, we recommend that you either print or save them.

Can I receive a paper statement as well as an electronic statement? Yes.  However, fees may apply. Please contact us for assistance at 785.295.2100, or by email at fidelity@fidelitytopeka.com.

Why can't I receive the statement(s) of my joint account? Statements are delivered to the primary account holder.

Is my eStatement secure and safe? Yes, your statement is stored behind firewalls and is transmitted to your Internet browser using 128-bit encryption.

When will my eStatement be available? Your eStatement will be available during the first week of the statement cycle.

How long will my eStatement be available? After you sign up, your eStatement will be available every month or quarter for up to one year. We recommend that you either print or save your statements. If you need a copy of a statement mailed to you for a specific period, please contact us for assistance at 785.295.2100, or by email at fidelity@fidelitytopeka.com. Fees may apply.

What if I want to cancel my eStatement? You can switch back to the paper version of your statement at any time. To cancel eStatements, please call 785.295.2100. 

Can I have my eStatement email notification sent to more than one email address? No, we can only send your eStatement notification to one email address.

How do I change my email address? You can contact us at 785.295.2100 or click on the My Profile link within your online account and selecting User Options. Enter the new email address in both boxes and click Change Email Address to accept the change.

Can my eStatement information be exported to other programs? No, Fidelity eStatements can not be saved as a text file and imported into Microsoft Word or any other text program. Fidelity eStatements can only be saved as PDF files.

Can I receive eStatements without Online Banking? Yes, you can register for eStatements at https://portal.datacenterinc.com/dws/bk138NINL/login.aspx.
